Don't Panic

Don't Panic!!

My heart starts pounding, I can't breath I look around and everything seems to be spinning I sit down and burry my head trying to stop the confusion My eyes well up with tears as thoughts race through my head It feels as if a stone is sitting on my chest Its so hard to breath with all the weight on my chest I close my eyes trying to clear my mind I can only hope it will all be over soon but knowing it won't
